If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and clear photos of the original packaging so we can properly review the issue.

Once received, we will assess the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our store policies.

Yes. Slab Seekers caters to both serious collectors and hobbyists. Our inventory includes:

  • Raw (ungraded) cards carefully inspected for quality and authenticity.
  • Occasional sealed products, such as booster boxes and packs.
  • Detailed descriptions to help you choose between graded and ungraded options.
  • Curated selections to avoid overwhelming you with mass listings.

Raw cards are reviewed carefully before being listed. We check visible condition details such as surface quality, corners, edges, centering, and overall presentation.

We do our best to describe raw cards accurately and provide clear product images so customers can review the item before placing an order. Please note that raw cards may have minor imperfections, including print lines, surface marks, edge wear, or corner wear.

Because many collectible cards are limited or one-of-a-kind, sold-out items may not be restocked. However, we regularly update inventory with new acquisitions. Following our store or subscribing to updates is the best way to stay informed about restocks.

Slab Seekers primarily ships within Canada, with shipping available across Canadian provinces where service is supported at checkout.

International shipping may be available for select orders when offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier charges required by their country.
