We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access for suspected fraud, abuse, payment issues, or violations of these Terms.

2. Product Listings

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, pricing, and inventory information. However, occasional errors may occur.

For most single cards and slabs, listing photos generally represent the exact item being sold unless otherwise stated.

Minor differences in colour, brightness, or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Graded Cards

Graded cards are authenticated and graded by third-party grading companies such as:

  • Professional Sports Authenticator
  • Beckett Grading Services
  • Sportscard Guaranty Corporation
  • Certified Guaranty Company

We do not guarantee:

  • Future market value
  • Regrade outcomes
  • Investment returns
  • Population changes

Minor slab scratches or holder wear may be present and do not qualify as defects.

4. Raw Cards

Raw cards are sold ungraded unless stated otherwise.

Cards may contain minor factory or handling imperfections including:

  • Print lines
  • Edge wear
  • Centering variances
  • Surface scratches
  • Manufacturer defects

We do not guarantee any specific grading outcome.

5. Sealed Products

Sealed products contain randomized contents determined by the manufacturer.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific pulls
  • Hit rates
  • Chase cards
  • Autographs
  • Product value appreciation

Opened sealed products are generally considered final sale unless otherwise required by law.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers including:

  • Shopify
  • Stripe

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Refuse suspicious transactions
  • Cancel orders flagged for fraud or verification concerns

7. Orders & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled due to:

Cancellation requests are only possible before processing or shipment preparation begins.

12. Fraud Prevention

  • Delivery confirmations

Fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, tampering, or false claims may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, or further action where appropriate.
